Project Minimum: To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and dedicated attention for group orders, this custom project intake form requires a minimum order of 5 finished items.

What to Expect: Complete the intake questionnaire below with your team details, preferred garments, and design concepts to secure your spot on our production schedule. Once submitted, we will work closely with you to review your custom look-book and finalize all production details.

Single Point of Contact: To ensure clear communication, group orders require ONE point of contact to manage details, preferences, and updates.

Streamlined Order Details: We provide a dedicated Google Sheet to collect your team’s specifics (sizes, colors, names, numbers, etc.) all in one place.

Single Invoice & Payment: One consolidated invoice will be issued for the entire group order. Please note that all payments are processed directly and securely through our website.
